It’s Batman here, the cat behind Cat Convenience. I try my best to make sure your experience is as smooth as a cat’s purr. However, if life throws a little furball your way and your order isn't quite right, don't worry, we've got your back!
Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@catconvenience.ca within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can review the issue and make it right for you!
We offer both exclusive artist collaborations and specially curated finds. Each item is brought in with care. As many of our items are produced in small batches or hand-crafted, slight variations may occur:
- Hand-crafted Items: Like every cat's personality, no two handmade pieces are exactly the same. For items such as our ceramics, small air bubbles, dust spots, or minor surface marks may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.
- Colours: Variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of the materials used.
While we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons (such as a change of heart), we want you to be purrfectly confident in your choice! If you have any questions before you make a purchase, my human and I are always here to help.
